Preparation of the participants:

• We have a telephone interview with every participant before arrival in order to understand  his/her personal project. 
• We send them a welcome booklet with all useful information. (what to expect, what not to forget ...).
• We meet all the participants in person at the airport on the day of arrival and organise the transfer to the accommodation.
• On their first day, we give the participants a tour of their new neighbourhood and a list of facilities (supermarkets, doctors, swimming pools, libraries...) so they don’t feel lost.
